1929 Chevy Add On Oil Lubrication Mileage Meter reminder & service certificates

Description

1929 Chevy Add On "Oil Next Lubrication" Mileage Meter ...I don't believe this meter has ever been on a car because it was new in the box but somehow that counters have adjusted theirselves in Transit, or overtime just being moved around?.. they are in Nice condition, it does not have the key but has the clamp mount and two certificates.
Out of all the meters I acquired only one of them registered zeros across the board and I have already sold that,  thank you
