    Description

    This is a Sonora Model 314 tube radio made in 1952. I replaced all electrolytic and wax capacitors, tested all resistors and replaced those that were over 20% out of tolerance, aligned it with a VTVM and signal generator, repaired one mounting post, replaced the power cord with a new one and replaced the grill cloth. In addition, I tested all the tubes and they all were good. The radio plays with good reception and good volume. The case has some scratches and one hairline crack on one side. The knobs and dial pointer have some worn spots.
    It will be securely packed in a box with plenty of bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Please see the photos and let me know if you have any questions.
